Greyhounds as Pets is a not for profit program aimed at finding homes for dogs not suited to or ready to retire from the racing industry. Showing people what sweet natured, calm and gentle dogs greyhounds are is a real challenge for us. Photos and written descriptions don’t do the dogs justice. Darren Broughton and Focus Films Australia found a solution to our problem. They were instrumental in organising, producing, editing and presenting a series of clips that showed the dogs as they really are. Their generosity and professionalism could not be faulted and we will always be grateful for their wonderful contribution to our program.
